All items that are deemed faulty will receive a replacement if the warranty claim is being made within 12 months of the purchase date.
Once the faulty product has been received, we will inspect the item and get back in contact with you within 1-3 working days. If the product is deemed to be faulty under the warranty guidelines at TissueFit, we will replace the faulty product and send out a new working product to you free of charge without any delay.
If we determine that the product is not covered under the TissueFit warranty, one of our employees will contact you directly to discuss alternatives and possible replacements at an additional cost.
Please note that some of the following will void the TissueFit warranty, but not limited to:
- Damages or faults caused by accidents, abuse, and misuse.
- Damages caused by wear and tear, theft or loss.
- Damages or faults caused by product tampering or use of third-party accessories.
- Use that is not in accordance with the listed instructions on the product packaging.
To qualify for our 90-Day Money Back Guarantee please follow these simple instructions:
1. Contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and begin the troubleshooting process. This must be done within 90 days from the date when you receive your product.
2. You will be asked to provide the reason why you are not happy with the product followed by images/videos of how the product is used.
3. One of our customer support specialists will begin the process of troubleshooting or helping you use the product correctly according to our suggested use.
4. You must follow all troubleshooting steps and provide attachments/evidence for the team to be able to assist you properly.
5. The returned items should include all parts as delivered. Missing items will void the 90-day money back guarantee.
Once the request for 90-day money back guarantee has been approved, you will need to send the product back to us with a tracking number and order number. Failure to do so may result in us withholding the refund.
*We may still accept refunds in certain cases even if instructions are not followed, however, we may withhold $15-20 restocking fee.
The 90 day money back guarantee does not apply for:
1. Incorrect use of product with damaging effect;
2. Change of mind without valueble reasons;
3. Incompatibility issues.
Unfortunately, return shipping costs are not covered by TissueFit. However, you can send your product using any shipping company.
